CONTINUITY PROGRAM

For athletes under constant follow-up and monitoring, long-term training plans based on established competitive/performance objectives, national teams seasonal/long-term planning and skate sports club structure.

BASIC SERVICE INFO

2 weekly sessions (Monday & Friday) - 90 minutes/session.

EUR 60 / month. Minimum age 12 years old.

 

TESTS

Structural motor assessment "FMS" (Functional Movement Screen).

Jump test battery. Incremental power test.

 

SPECIFIC TRAINING

Specific strength earnings.

Injury prevention.

Recovery of injuries.

Re-adaptation post injury.

Improvement of the range of movement.

Preparation for competition.

 

SESSION SAMPLE

Initial assessment and report of results.

Application of improvement exercises and technical development.

Integrative session (physical / sporting + technical skateboarding).

Assessment of improvement and following work plan.
